Abstract

The article focuses on the wood moisture cryoscopy and changes of its elasticity modulus temperature for 10 species of arboreal plants. Cryoscopy was carried out on the sampled by pressure moisture. The decreasing of temperature below zero resulted in overcooling of sampled moisture till –3.5°С and moisture in vessels of live branch till –3.0°С. Preliminary cooled to (-18)–(-33) °С branches losses their elas-ticity during gradual growth of temperature. Modulus decreases nonlinear by steps and simultane-ously with changing of temperature growth speed. The break points differ among branch samples and species. The only one common point is the temperature of ice melting, i.e. 0°С.
